Rent the Memorial Center
Use of the Memorial Center is growing each year. In order to guarantee your booking, these 4 important items
must be submitted two (2) months prior to your event.
1. Memorial Center Rental Agreement must be signed by both you and a
Kootenai Heritage Council, Inc. representative.
2. The facility rental deposit must be paid with the signed Memorial Center
Rental Contract.
3. Certificate of Insurance must be submitted.
4. Rental Information Form must be initialed.

Basic Rental Fees & Charges
Facility Rent
Rental Fee Full Facility $750.00 per day
Hourly Rental Fee Full Facility $ 70.00 per hour
Non Profit Full Facility $500.00 per day
Rental Fee Set-up and/or rehearsal prior to event 1/2 of rental price
Additional Fees & Charges
Setup & tear down $15.00 per hour
Theatrical Lighting/Sound Technician $20.00 per hour
Round Tables with Cloths $ 5.00 per table
Round Tables $ 2.00 per table
Restitution for Damage to Facility Actual Cost + 10%
